Hi, I’m Harrison Barrow.  I’m an attorney on Cape Cod, and I accept cases in all counties in Massachusetts.

I am a third generation attorney, and a second generation Massachusetts criminal defense lawyer.  I grew up on Cape Cod, then headed north to Cambridge, Massachusetts. After receiving my undergraduate degree from Harvard University Extension School, I graduated Chicago-Kent College of Law as a merit scholar and received a certificate in criminal litigation.  At Kent, I was an associate editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of International and Comparative Law, attended the Summer program in law at Cambridge University,  and received a CALI award for Professional Responsibility. While in Chicago, I clerked in the Homicide Task Force of the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, and interned in the Chicago-Kent Criminal Defense Clinic.  Today you can find me in Orleans, Barnstable, and Falmouth District Courts.

Very good at what he does
I can't say enough good things about Attorney Barrow. He is most professional, courteous and attentive, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. He is a Cape Cod local with excellent working relationships with the courts, justices, and prosecutorial officers. During the time that he handled my case he was confident, diligent, and always responsive, making me feel like I was his sole client. I am very happy with his counsel and the final outcome of the case, which was a complete dismissal. As a non-resident, any other outcome had potentially serious consequences. I unreservedly recommend Attorney Barrow if you have need of legal counsel on Cape Cod and the vicinity.

Great Experienced Defense Attorney
I got a DUI in Cape Cod over the summer and it was the first time I ever found myself in any legal trouble. Needless to say I was panicking and had no idea what to expect. I hired Harrison to defend me and I could not have made a better decision. His knowledge of the state laws, and experience in dealing with the parties involved in the local district court were a tremendous help. Facing charges that I felt were going to ruin my life Harrison ultimately helped me get a much lesser charge and punishment that will be off my record in short time. He was very responsive to all my questions and calmed me down numerous times and was able to manage my expectations. I'm also from out of state and he was able to work with the courts to schedule convenient times for my appearances. I cannot thank Harrison enough for his help with this matter and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that finds themselves in any sort of legal trouble. You will not be disappointed.

Expert lawyer
It was my second DUI and Mr. Barrow got me out of the problem. He had my case thrown out by the court. I was thinking to do some plea bargain for a reduced punishment but Mr. Barrow said "NOP, I will have this case thrown out by the court." Which he did. He is real expert and spend enough time with you explaining you. I highly recommend him to any one who has DUI problem.

The BEST DUI attorney in the state!!!!!
I took my first vacation in several years and decided to spend my favorite holiday (Halloween) in Provincetown, Mass. While there, I was arrested for a DUI. My situation is an interesting one without getting into details, especially given that I live clear across the country. As I was processing the emotions of what my outcome would look like, Harrison was very supportive and realistic... Given my personal situation and line of business, I had one objective in mind for an outcome with this case so that it would have minimal impact on my future. Harrison was able to work a miracle - I mean miracle, and got a better outcome for my case than I had expected. He is very well respected by all local court representatives and local DA, professional, and all around great to work with. I would recommend Harrison to represent anyone that I care about in any situation given my experience with him. Excellent attorney. Caring, well prepared and conscientious.
Hired attorney Barrows after being pulled over and subsequently arrested for an alleged OUI. After being released I had no idea whom to call. I searched online for local OUI attorneys. After calling a few and being unimpressed I called Attorney Harrison Barrows. He was able to see us immediately and went over precisely what we needed to do in clear and concise terms. He followed through with everything he said he would and then some. Meeting with me even though I live 2 hours away to go over his strategies. I could not be more pleased and I am hard to impress. We followed it through to the end and came out victorious. A not guilty plea!
