We recently had a false allegation brought against our family. Everything escalated very quickly, and within two hours of being notified of the issue, we were informed that DCF would be knocking on our door in 20 minutes. Still reeling from the initial realization and shock of what our family was a...bout to be put through, we called to Attorney Seaver for help. Not only were we able to reach him immediately, but with barely any time to explain what was going on (not even being 100% sure ourselves), he dropped what he was in the middle of, and stayed on the phone with us and DCF for more than 2 hours (including after hours) to make sure we didn’t get railroaded.
