Attorney Seaver is a brilliant and caring attorney. He has helped me and my family more than I can even begin to explain in such a short review. I could fill a book with all the things he was able to accomplish for me and my family. Both Attorney Seaver and and his paralegal Frankly are truly lifesa...vers when it comes to DCF. I was going through very intense divorce. Right before final hearing when the custody and divorce should've been finalized my ex filed false allegation of child sexual abuse using mandatory reporter. False allegations can destroy a person's life. so cant the wrong attorney . I hired two different attorney's prior to getting Kevin and his team on board. I wish I hired Kevin from the start. We were placed under a DCF investigation for allegations of sexual abuse. Not a call anyon...e, even my worst enemy should ever have to get. So I hired another attorney who swore he was an expert in the field the only thing he was good at was taking my money and disappearing . He also sat back and got my family supported for the allegations. So I called Kevin Seaver he actually spoke to me more times then my attorney during the investigation. so when it came to a fair hearing I knew who I wanted on my family's side KEVIN. He gave us insight and hope while the other two only told us the negative things. We had our hearing the other day and I have to say Kevin was fantastic. Oh FYI you know he is good when DCF workers even say he is the best. The other two guys that come up as the competition. They got me into a bigger mess then it ever had to be. Kevin all the way.
