also known as Jeff Soilson, Quantum ADR
Ashleigh Louis, PhD and I founded Quantum ADR to emphasize compassionate conflict resolution through coaching and mindful mediation. Our aim is to effectively navigate intertwined relationships rather than attempting to sever them completely or establish the dominance of one party over the other.
We've witnessed firsthand the detrimental impact of high-conflict relationships on children and adults, alike. This ignited our passion to resolve conflict through an interdisciplinary approach that is informed from both a legal and mental health perspective to help people discover the unique solutions that maximize healthy resolution for all parties.
Rather than winners and losers, we encourage focusing on the wellbeing of individuals and their relationships, in whatever forms those take. We embrace the importance of understanding that interconnectedness endures long after conflicts are settled, and believe the best approaches are those that facilitate growth, insight, and compromise.
As Past Chapter President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, I have deep insights into the legal system that I feel passionately about sharing.
Throughout my volunteer experiences as Director of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), an interdisciplinary association dedicated to the resolution of family conflict, and Overcoming Barriers, a non-profit organization created to promote healthy co-parenting for children in high conflict families, I realized that the best way to resolve conflict is through leveraging the tools that legal and mental health professionals bring to the table.
Admitted to the MA, FL and NY bars, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court, I am a graduate of Columbia University, (B.A., 1994), Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, (J.D., 1997), Defense Language Institute (Russian), and, during law school, I served as a law clerk at the Israeli Supreme Court where I researched and wrote about family law. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

Prior Divorce Client
Jeff worked as a key member of a my divorce team. It was a long drawn out affair including shares in a corporation, valuations, mid long term marriage, tons of crazy stuff etc. He was calm and plowed through the work load. He is not easily flustered and fair in a field where that could be a problem....

My positive experience being retained by Jeffrey Soilson.
I used Jeffrey Soilson to represent me in divorce settlement. I was in a sensitive circumstance as my former wife was suing from Massachusetts, (I live in Philadelphia) and was represented by an attorney with a reputation for being very aggressive and a self interest in prolonging potentially lucrat...

Superb Legal Strategist
Jeff Soilson represented me during the most difficult time in my life—a brutally contested divorce that involved every cliché imaginable when one hears of “nightmare divorce†cases. When I was referred to Jeff, I was devastated, emotionally-drained, and deeply concerned about the welfare of my...
