I had an attorney working on my case for a year before Jeff takes over. When I first time met Jeff, my case was in a devastating situation, because there were many potential problems, that were not address correctly, in the agreement and I was chased by the ex-husband attorney for unreasonable fees. ...Jeff spend extra time to review the supporting evidence in details and quickly put an action plan together. Within a month he had the ex-husband attorney to agree waiving whatever the fees before. His negotiation skill is beyond excellence. Meanwhile he was helping and educating me how this divorce negotiation works. I first found Jeff online in a delicate and somewhat frantic moment after receiving divorce papers. I had searched many local lawyers. From the first phone call he made me feel most comfortable and gave me immediate advise on how to start protecting myself. We then set up an appointment for the fo...llowing day. Most other lawyers were not interested in giving out advise on the phone and rather wanted me to pay for the consultation first. I found Jeff to be firm but compassionate , Honest and calming, highly educated and professional. Direct but very personal. He had always found the time to give me his attention when needed. We put together a couple of different game plans depending on which way things went with my the opposing party. We were able to settle outside of the court system in an 4 way agreement meeting.
