I have had several years of experience with Marshal, not as my attorney, but as the executor for an estate of which I was an inheritor. Another inheritor contested the will and when unsuccessful with that then challenged the distribution. The final settlement took time and patience and a bevy of lawyers. I had no experience with these legal maneuverings and was sometimes confused and dismayed. Throughout it all Marshal provided an amazing source of calm and clarity for which I was very grateful. His very balanced and straightforward explanations were enormously helpful. Without his rock-solid integrity I would have been much more uneasy with the whole process. And indeed it all worked out as I had hoped for in the end.

Marshal was very helpful to my husband and me and we accomplished several of the many items we have to finish up for our estate planning. We will be contacting him soon to continue because we were very pleased with his help.

I have worked with Marshall for over 2 years on family Trust matters. He is very knowledgeable on Trust issues and has provided excellent guidance and advice in the establishment of an irrevocable trust. Marshall also has a very good manner and communicates clearly in terms a layman can understand rather than the confusing and arcane language of the legal profession. I would strongly recommend Marshall based on my personal experience.
