If I were to hire an attorney after getting injured through no fault of my own, I’d want one-stop shopping … a law firm to help me recover emotionally, physically, and financially by addressing all of my post-injury issues so I could focus on my efforts to get back to living life like it was 5 minutes before my injury. I’d be thinking “I have enough on my plate. You’re telling me that you’ve got it all under control and I’m happy to rely on your advice.” This works only if promises are kept.

I am a native Bostonian, originally from Framingham, Massachusetts. After graduating from The Rivers School in Weston, I attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, graduating with a Bachelors of Business Administration. I then relocated to San Francisco to work in the financial industry before moving back to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School. After graduating with honors, I moved to New York City.
Before becoming a trial attorney for a midtown Manhattan law firm, I was admitted to the Massachusetts and New York State bars.
Once I met my future wife, a native of Peabody, Massachusetts, we elected to return to the Boston area in 2002 to begin a life together. I continued working as a trial attorney before founding my own legal practice in February 2004. Two years after Jason Stone Injury Lawyers was opened, our daughter was born. 25 months later, our son joined the family. For 12 years we've called Needham home. And in October 2020, we added a dog to the family named Taffy Apple.

Great Service

Given I am unsure of your identity, I cannot explain the actual reason. After nearly 6 years, a whole lot of work, and with a trial date one month away, we were finally able to secure a reasonable settlement offer for you. Attorney Joanis acted in your best interest and reminded you of the significant risks and challenges we would encounter trying to prove your case to a jury. It was for these reasons you accepted the settlement offer. If the facts of your loss were stronger, we would have been able to get you more money, but, unfortunately, we cannot change the facts.
