Jason Stone Injury Lawyers

I am a 78 years old male. I was attacked by a dog. The dog jumped me from the behind. When I fell I broke my hip and the dog bit me in 2 places. The bites were down to the bone. I was not sure I wanted to sue but I knew my life would not be the same. I called Jason Stone Company for advice. Afte...r almost 2 years Dave DiCenso got me the full amount for my injuries. Dave worked so hard for me. The Insurance Company tried offering us less money. With Dave’s help I received the full amount. Dave DiCenso, called me weekly with up dates. Dave is the BEST! I would hire Jason Stone Law Firm in a heartbeat! Thank to Dave DeCenso and Staff!

Sean Joanis went above and beyond for me

I have NEVER had this kind of experience with an attorney’s office that worked so hard to get me the max money for my lawsuit. I will definitely refer Jason Stone Attorneys office to my friends and family.

Run from Jason Stone, whoever he is

First of all, run, I had Jason Stone 6.5 yrs, 4 different attorneys and a Sean Jonas for my litigation attorney. Please run from all of them, and in 6.5 yrs I was never introduced to this person Jason who seemed not interested in meeting me a client. I was told he knew about my case, who I was but n...ever met me, in, 6.5, years. I had 2 knee surgeries and never ever heard from them, my 2nd was knee replacement. I never ever received a call from them while in the hospital and rehab. Don't believe they call you back, I sometimes went 3 or more weeks before I'd call them or maybe they'd call me. I yelled at Sean once, I was upset after 6 yrs and nothing was done yet. I apologized and Sean said, I don't accept your apology and don't, you, ever, yell at me again! During my 2 three hour depositions Sean read a book and a paper and said you did OK and also while being deposed sternly said Let, Him, Speak! Finally we had a court date and waited a year but, I found out after I called them. And then Sean kept telling me if you go to Court, you will lose. I was also told if I go in front of the Jury they will turn you down, you will turn to me and say, WHAT THE F#%K SEAN, WHAT THE F#%K?? I said no Sean, I don't need to use that word! After saying he would go for $435.000_for a demand it came down to me getting $7.000 more than Stone did in the end of my settlement, pretty pitiful after 6.5 years of waiting. So please please please, find a law firm that will work with you and please, not Jason Stone, whoever he is. As I said I don't know who he is because he had no interest in meeting me, his client of 6.5 years. Yes they were nice to talk to, seemed concerned but in the end I felt I was a case they wanted to get rid of. Sean just wanted to settle and I had to ask for the last 5000 after Sean said what their final offer was. In closing, I would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. And I even did a commercial for them and met his wife, she was very nice to everyone. But please Jason? Do not respond with an apology because if I wasn't important enough as a client then you do not need to contact me now, please, don't. I earned only 7.000 more than you after 6.5 yrs as a client that you never bothered to contact or meet. So again, no need at all, to respond because, after 6.5 yrs I have no idea who you are.

George, when you called us 20 months after your injury, you told us that no law firm would represent you. We decided to try to help you. After nearly 6 years, a whole lot of work, and with a trial date one month away, we were finally able to secure a reasonable settlement offer for you. Attorney Joanis acted in your best interest and reminded you of the significant risks and challenges we would encounter trying to prove your case to a jury. It was for these reasons you accepted the settlement offer. If the facts of your loss were stronger, we would have been able to get you more money, but, unfortunately, we cannot change the facts. We took a risk representing you and it is disappointing that this is the appreciation we got in return. We wish you the best.

Great Law Firm

After a major fall on black ice, I felt I needed a lawyer. Not knowing who to call I drew a name out a hat which the names of three legal firms. I drew Jason Stone's name out of a hat and met with Sean Joanis and Eva. As it turns out I was the lucky one! I picked out the best legal firm. From the... minute I called them I felt they cared. Eva was especially helpful. The case took longer than I thought it would, but they always kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on. I never felt neglected or put aside. If I had questions I could call and if Eva didn't know the answer she would always call beck with the answer. I would recommend Jason Stone to others.

From the first phone call to this office to the end of settlement everything was very satisfactory.I dealt with Atty Natalie Quinn and Nick who contacted me every couple of weeks to inform me what was happening.I highly recommend this firm and if I ever need a lawyer again they would be the ones I wo...uld call and definitely have Natalie Quinn handle it.
