Michael helped us finalize the purchase of our first home in 2007 and he made the process as smooth as possible. He informed us later that the seller had changed lawyers in the middle of the process. Apparently the first attorney had no experience completing a purchase and sale. Michael took it in... stride and didn't blink an eye.
