Michael helped us finalize the purchase of our first home in 2007 and he made the process as smooth as possible. He informed us later that the seller had changed lawyers in the middle of the process. Apparently the first attorney had no experience completing a purchase and sale. Michael took it in... stride and didn't blink an eye. He is a great person and extremely professional, essentially doing twice the work by having to deal with two separate attorneys for the seller. I hired and paid Michael to review a commercial lease in 2019. I negotiated every edit/recommendation he made and then signed it. Fast forward 2 years: I've paid rent every month and still have not been able to open my business in the leased space I pay for. I first consulted with 4 other lawyers, a...ll of whom said my lease does a poor job of representing my interests and offered no recourse even though I cannot use the leased space I pay for.
