Said she could handle my issue with child support modifications. Had an Irish consult stating she would file the motion paid 5k retainer fee along with the 250 dollar initial consulting fee and then crickets I called about a month later asking for an update. Her clerk stated it was an administrative ...motion that was filed and when they get word back they will let me know. Deployed with the military for a months and called the office when I returned. Clerk told me she was working remotely that day and he would relay the message. The matter was serious regarding a probate warrant that had been issued against me. So I called again and got no response. Come to find out through another lawyer that day no motion was ever filed and she did nothing she stated she would do. Been 4 months now still waiting for my money back. Definitely will filing a complaint with the bar association on this situation
