Michael helped us finalize the purchase of our first home in 2007 and he made the process as smooth as possible. He informed us later that the seller had changed lawyers in the middle of the process. Apparently the first attorney had no experience completing a purchase and sale. Michael took it in... stride and didn't blink an eye. He is a great person and extremely professional, essentially doing twice the work by having to deal with two separate attorneys for the seller. He is extremely experienced and I would recommend him and his firm to anyone in the market for a new home.
