I have contacted three attorneys in the area in two weeks and nobody even bothered responding to my inquiries. It was very stressful situation for me. The 4th attorney I found on Avvo was attorney Murphy. I sent him inquiries through his website around 10:30pm, he responded right away, next day early... in the morning. He took his time and gave me his advice. I truly appreciated his honesty and his time helping me. I wanted to pay him for his time but he said No charge. He is “people’s” attorney. He cares and he just wants to help. That type of attorney/person you want to work with and you want to trust. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been having ongoing interactions with HR that have become a bit disturbing, borderline illegal. Consulting with Justin, he agreed that what was going on was problematic, and he said that I had done the right things so far and if the company kept pushing it would likely be actionable. The s...ituation is not resolved, but it seems HR is taking time to think over my last communication with them rather than fire back immediately, which I think is a good sign. He followed up with me while I was getting an issue resolved with my landlord. I described the situation in great detail, also provided pictures relevant to the situation, in order to confirm that my rights were being violated. After getting information, I had the confidence I needed to produce a letter to the landlord that helped me resolve this particular issue.
