I recently spent two very stressful days in Woburn District Court at the trial of my son for a second OUI offense. Hopefully this is the first & last time I will ever need the services of a lawyer. Unfortunately, this charge truly can happen to ANYONE. It is not at all a good feeling and I empathize your situation if you are reading this now. So, I was charged with OUI first offense w/ speeding & marked lanes vio...lation. My case was ultimately dismissed because the trooper was not available for further trial dates so I was VERY lucky. I probably would've CWOF'd (which would've been FAR worse repercussions) if Joe didn't guide me.
