Attorney Waldbaum represented me for a first time oui offense after I was stopped and refused a breathalyzer test and failed a field sobriety test. There were other complicating matters as well but throughout the process he apprised me in exacting and methodical detail what to expect and the best str...ategy for approaching the case taking into consideration the outcome I hoped for and my finances. I called Mr. Waldbaum after finding him on Google. My Mass arrest was over a decade ago and I live in California now so I knew this would not be a typical case. On top of that, I had 2 other OUI's in California. Just a mess of a case from beginning to end. Because of Mr. Waldbaum, I am no longer a wanted man, I'm not on probation and fine free. I haven't been able to say that since 2002. My only regret is not hiring him years ago. Attorney Waldbaum is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable! Being my 1st offense, I was scared and didn't know what I was going to do.
