Joe did contact me immediately after I contacted him, and he did get me to forward him $4K as the cost for the initial second offense defense, not including trail. He did provide the court with the paperwork on my arraignment the following morning, and emailed detailed expected processes and costs. H...e recommended that I go for the 2K upgrade to challenge the RMV on the automatic lose of license for chemical refusal, I did. The hearing was a bench hearing and it was not allowed, due to the paperwork being filed by the RMV in a timely manner. (which they are good about doing since have been ruled against in the past). I ultimately lost confidence in Joe, asked for a refund, and was given refunded 2,800 of the initial 4k. All total he got me for 3,800 which is what my new lawyer charged me for everything. My case was eventually dismissed and I got my license back from the RMV.

Attorney Waldbaum never showed up for three of my court appearances. He was always too busy doing something else. But not too busy to take my money. Two weeks before going to court for my trial he basically said I couldn't win and told me why which is the same information he could've told me four mo...nths before. I fired him and got another attorney

The best lawyer I had to ever deal with. Very experienced in the field and knows what he's talking about. I put my trust in Mr. Waldbaum and he didn't let me down, kept me updated with the case. Always made sure I knew the date was coming up, what court room, and what to do. If your fighting a OUI ch...arge, call him! He got me off and that's not all... He even waived the last payment so I could go out and celebrate with a few friends, very nice guy!

Given I was facing a 2nd DUI charge in court , If I could give 10 stars to Mr. Waldbaum, I would. I called him Saturday and he met me for my court date on Monday Morning. He walked me through step by step of the Mass DUI law and what parts could affect me and what wouldn't. He kept me on task as l...ike anyone else, my mind was jumping all over the place and over analyzing things. Mr. Waldbaum talked to the ADA in court this morning and I was able to leave as a 1st offender, eligible for a hardship license immediately, an overall 45 day suspension of my license, classes one day a week, and if after a year I have no other offenses, the charge is dismissed. Joe did his part, the rest is up to me. I never thought it might end this well. Joe is top notch in my mind and would highly recommend. Though he does this all time, what he did for me, keeping my ability to work, drive , and overall function, I cannot understate. He doesn't make promises and didn't give me any answers or opinions until he saw all the facts and did his investigation. If you're ever subject to the MA DUI laws, I don't think you can go wrong with Joe as your attorney. He has my undying gratitude.
