Joe did contact me immediately after I contacted him, and he did get me to forward him $4K as the cost for the initial second offense defense, not including trail. He did provide the court with the paperwork on my arraignment the following morning, and emailed detailed expected processes and costs. H...e recommended that I go for the 2K upgrade to challenge the RMV on the automatic lose of license for chemical refusal, I did.
