Attorney Waldbaum never showed up for three of my court appearances. He was always too busy doing something else. But not too busy to take my money. I called Mr. Waldbaum after finding him on Google. My Mass arrest was over a decade ago and I live in California now so I knew this would not be a typical case. On top of that, I had 2 other OUI's in California. Just a mess of a case from beginning to end. First of all, Mr. Waldbaum treated m...e like a human being, not a criminal who had run from his arrest for 10 years. He was straight forward on telling me what I could possibly be in for and what he was going to attempt to do. He arranged it so I could fly in and arrive at the court to take care of the case without being arrested (I had an out stating warrant). He then fought to get me a 2nd offense (while I could have been prosecuted for a 3rd). He has helped guide me through the steps on clearing my name and as of April 28th, 2015, finally having piece of mind and a free man (the stress over the last decade was horrible)... Through-out the proceedings, he kept in contact with me to let me know my status. He also saved me at least 2 trips across the country to fight this. Because of Mr. Waldbaum, I am no longer a wanted man, I'm not on probation and fine free. I haven't been able to say that since 2002. My only regret is not hiring him years ago. Lazy. I hired Mr Waldbaum on a 1st offense OUI. He met me at the court house and told me to take a plea right away. He had a folder of pre fab directions as to what I need to do after court. I ended up on probation for a year and paying through the nose. I would have gotten the same deal with out h...im.
