I called Mr. Waldbaum after finding him on Google. My Mass arrest was over a decade ago and I live in California now so I knew this would not be a typical case. On top of that, I had 2 other OUI's in California. Just a mess of a case from beginning to end. First of all, Mr. Waldbaum treated m...e like a human being, not a criminal who had run from his arrest for 10 years. He was straight forward on telling me what I could possibly be in for and what he was going to attempt to do. He arranged it so I could fly in and arrive at the court to take care of the case without being arrested (I had an out stating warrant). Was impressed with his confidence, and composure in the courtroom. I watched the other lawyers in there today, and really thought he was the most well spoken one there.
