Alicia Champagne

I have used Alicia Champagne and her firm, Champagne & Marchand, several times to complete purchase and sale of properties in MA. My most recent transaction with Alicia was met with a few challenges. I was short-selling my property in MA, since relocating to VA, and needed to close on the property ...before leaving on a military deployment. She understood the time deadlines that were given and made sure that all related parties would adhere to this strict criteria. Alicia was able to work closely with my selling agent, the lender, and the buyer's attorney to ensure the transaction was closed in a timely manner. This was no easy task, but Alicia's professionalism, dedication, and determination kept the ball rolling and allowed the deal to close on time. There were many challenges that presented themselves along the way, but Alicia was able to overcome each one seemingly effortlessly. At no time did I lose confidence in her ability to get the job done. Since I was no longer in the local area, she kept me and my agent informed during every step of the process. I would highly recommend Alicia Champagne, and her firm Champagne and Marchand, for any real estate transaction.

My girlfriend and I were going to buy the house together but we broke up before the closing. I had an 18K deposit. Alicia was able to get my deposit back. I then found a house for just my self. Alicia was suppost to do the closing but the bank messed up and there was an issue with the title and my cl...osing did not happen on time. Alicia helped me when she was not the attorney and did the work for the loan officers "recommended" attorney. He did nothing. watch out for the no cost cost deals. you get what you pay for ... as in zero

Alicia and her team is excellent in handling Bank/REO properties. She helped us in getting the perfect place that I can call home. Her knowldge of the business, negotiating skills are excellent. In my case, the seller and seller agent were very hard to work with, but Alicia worked very efficiently an...d negotiated with the seller to get me the best out of this deal. She gave me all the right advice from chosing the lender to final close out and guided me in every step of the deal.

When the bank dragged its feet, Alicia really went to bat for us. She kept us informed thorough out the process and even worked late. She is very knowledgeable and always took the time to reply to us by email or phone explaining things well. Her team also stepped up to the plate and really fought ...for us when the closing came down to the wire. We would never have been able to close when we did if it was not for her. I would definitely recommend Alicia.

We recently used this firm for a refi. I don't understand the details today for every step of the process, and frankly do not want to have to know everything. With Alicia on our side, we don't have to! The process was executed without a single hitch. Every single phone call and email was promptly... returned with a detailed answer (or a follow up phone call to explain some process I did not understand) to uncomplicate things for my wife and me. We will use this firm every time. I cannot imagine a reasonable person having a negative experience with this firm under any circumstances.
