I recently completed a commercial real estate transaction with Alicia and could not be more pleased. This was not your run of the mill commercial deal. We contracted Alicia and her firm to assist with a complicated home sale. Our situation included separated sellers, short sale and buyers that needed a fast closing and all of this during the height of holiday season. Alicia and her team met with us, explained the process and walked us through what w...e could expect. We put the house on the market right after Thanksgiving and we immediately went under agreement but the buyers were living in a hotel since the sale of their previous home. They required a quick close and wanted close the day after Christmas. Alicia negotiated the P&S, kept everyone on task to ensure a smooth, yet fast process and worked seamlessly with the real estate agents, buyers attorney and us on final numbers, closing document preparation all a few days before Christmas to make sure we had nothing to worry about and we could still enjoy the holiday. It couldn't have gone any smoother. We were so lucky to have Alicia assisting us.

I had the chance to meet and work with Alicia during my closing process that was approx. 45 days (offer to close). The most interesting thing that caught my attention instantly, both my realtor and the sellers realtor recommended Alicia for managing the closing for my purchase due to their experienc...e using her for their clients. Getting recommended to the same person twice, at different times says a lot! My experience was fantastic, she dealt with the key items and kept me in the loop for any/all things I needed to answer/pay attention to. Her attention to detail, communication (very easy to follow), and guidance supported our close with a high degree of confidence. Most closings you hear all of the bad stories; Alicia was incredibly efficient and I would use her for my next closing. I had ZERO surprises during closing and an amazing client experience which speaks to Alicia's practice. Highly Recommended!!!

I just finished purchasing my first home and used Alicia as my real estate attorney. Her office did a wonderful job tracking down everything they needed. They only contacted me when necessary which helped with my stress level during the entire process. Given the complexity of the sale she arranged... everything neatly and efficiently so that we closed on the home in a timely manner. Despite a difficult seller, her office was professional, and was always at bat for us. At the close, the seller said, "You have a VERY good lawyer, she was tough!" That is exactly the kind of person you want on your side.

I was the last owner occupied in a small condo group. The other owners were refusing to pay fees and follow condo docs and observe Salem MA laws. I was essentially forced out and forced to put my condo on short sale. After a long battle with the bank, the short sale was completed with the help of A...licia and her staff.
