My wife & I recently had a new experience in the normally stressful purchase of a new home. We were moving from MA to NH, from a home we had for almost 40 years, to a condo-type environment, and multiple RE agents over a year and a half of searching. Finally, after we felt all of the obstacles were ...cleared we ran into an 11th hour issue of non-disclosure on the seller side where Alicia really distinguished herself as someone a cut above the rest. Luckily, with her guidance it was resolved in our favor. She was determined, professionally aggressive, and communicated her strategy to us through the whole process - there were no surprises or disappointments. We could not have been represented better.

We contracted Alicia and her firm to assist with a complicated home sale. Our situation included separated sellers, short sale and buyers that needed a fast closing and all of this during the height of holiday season. We put the house on the market right after Thanksgiving and we immediately went under agreement but the buyers were living in a hotel since the sale of their previous home. They required a quick close and wanted close the day after Christmas. Alicia negotiated the P&S, kept everyone on task to ensure a smooth, yet fast process and worked seamlessly with the real estate agents, buyers attorney and us on final numbers, closing document preparation all a few days before Christmas to make sure we had nothing to worry about and we could still enjoy the holiday. It couldn't have gone any smoother. We were so lucky to have Alicia assisting us.
