I just closed on my first home and Alicia made the process very straight forward for me. Whenever I had a question, she was available to answer it and she always took the time explain why she needed certain pieces of information from me, rather than just asking for it. Champagne and Marchand PC did an amazing job assisting my fiancee and I on the closing of our first house. What we expected to be a smooth process unfortunately was not the case and what Alicia and Kim were able to accomplish beyond excceded our expectations. We had issues with the sellers signing th...e P&S and our closing was also drawn out by the sellers going through a nasty divorce and not agreeing on anything, damage to our new potential property, legal issues that had nothing to do with the closing upon many more.
