Probate
I would highly recommend this Law Office and Kimberly A. Butler Rainen for her professionalism, knowledge of Massachusetts Law and compassion for my situation. She was also available to clarify any areas I had questions in. I first contacted her for a consult but went no further to seek other Lawyers.

Excellent Estate Planning Service
When we had our son, my wife and I went to Kim to do our Wills. She clearly explained the various documents we should have and what we should put in place to best plan for our growing family. It felt so good to have this planning taken care of and to know that if necessary, Kim would be there to help our family. She was great to work with, flexible and responsive, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Kim for your planning needs.

Nursing Home Help
Kim helped us to have my mom admitted to a nursing home and apply for Medicaid. She made the process as smooth and painless as possible. During what was a very difficult and emotional time, Kim helped us to keep perspective and reassure us along the way.

"Kim and I went to law school together. She's always impressed me with her knowledge and ambition. Kim now uses that knowledge and ambition to run her own practice, focusing on Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder law. I would recommend Kim, without hesitation, to anyone in Massachusetts who is looking for an attorney who has integrity and is willing to put the client's needs first."
