Being a "Landlord", especially in Massachusetts. can be a daunting endeavor.  The laws are stacked against Landlords. Unless you "cross the 'T's and dot the 'I's", the procedures and bureaucracy can inhibit your Rights as a Landlord.  Landlord-Tenant Law is very procedural and Landlords often "fall victim" to the "rules".
