I had the pleasure of working with Josh at one of the most difficult times in my life. Divorce and child custody is a nightmare but Josh made it as painless as possible. He was honest and upfront every step of the way and always took time out of his day to respond to me rather it be a phone call or e...mail. I never had to wait days for a response, he kept me up to date on every step of the process and what the next steps would be. I hired Josh to prepare my living will and a series of other legal documents in January 2018 shortly before I underwent open heart surgery at Suburban Hospital! I was referred by my son who is also a lawyer and a good friend of Josh’s! My experience with Josh and his law firm was nothing short of exc...ellent! Highly knowledgeable in inheritance law, Josh prepared all the required documents pretty much overnight as my surgery date was imminent when I first met with him! Notwithstanding his friendship with my son, Josh could not have been more understanding during our various meetings, recognizing how sensitive my forthcoming medical procedure was and the reality that there was some possibility that I would not survive the surgery! By the way, the surgery went very well and I’m still vertical! Many thanks to Josh for all his help!

We hired Josh to handle an issue we’d had with a major corporation that refused to acknowledge our payment of a minor bill despite our documentation that we had done so. They never responded to any of our correspondence or answered any of our phone calls. But they did Josh’s. Within twenty minutes of... our initial consultation Josh was on the phone, talking to a real person, stating our case, asking questions and getting the answers we needed to resolve the issue. He immediately followed the call with an email letter to them restating the problem and attached the documentary evidence to certify the bill had indeed been paid on time and they had received the payment. The case has yet to be resolved, but we anticipate a positive result and greatly appreciate Josh’s quick action on our behalf.
