Patrick M. Winn is a Massachusetts criminal defense attorney and former Assistant District Attorney. At Winn Law, P.C., he represents people facing OUI and DUI charges, assault and battery, domestic violence allegations, drug and theft charges, sex offenses, and other misdemeanor and felony cases. He also helps clients facing clerk magistrate hearings and restraining order proceedings.

Rare lawyer!
Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with lawyers. Thankfully not much need for criminal lawyers but I felt in good hands from the start with Attorney Winn. He was always responsive when I reached out to him. He advised me well in a frustrating situation. In the end we got a fair judgment.

Great lawyer
Patrick was assigned to me in the Cambridge District court , since we met he made sure I understood all my options and which ones were better for me. We finally got the case dismissed. And it was all thanks to him. I will highly recommend him 100%
"I am a former colleague of Patrick’s. Patrick is an excellent criminal defense attorney, His clients get the benefit of his years of experience and perspective from both the prosecution and defense side. He has obtained excellent results for his clients, and does so in a cost-effective manner."
"Attorney Winn is a compassionate and dedicated lawyer who cares deeply about his clients. He is a highly effective courtroom litigator who always maintains an approachable but professional demeanor while zealously advocating for his clients. I am happy to endorse and recommend him."
"I worked with Pat at his previous job, where we focused on real estate and construction matters. I found him to be highly knowledgeable on case theory and strategy when we discussed matters. Now that he is working on criminal cases again, I have no doubt that clients will benefit from Pat's expertise."
