Patrick is well versed in all aspects of litigation. He served as an Assistant District Attorney from 2012-2015 where he appeared in court daily to prosecute felony and misdemeanor crimes. Prior to founding Winn Law, P.C., Patrick practiced civil litigation with a focus on real estate, medical malpractice, ERISA, and construction law. He has published articles on issues in construction law, has been published by the Defense Research Institute in their national In-House Defense Quarterly, and contributed sections to their national compendium The Law of Life Insurance: Key Issues in Each State.
Patrick graduated cum laude from Brandeis University in 2004 with a B.A. in English and Philosophy. He received a Masters in English Literature from Boston College as a fellow in 2009. Patrick received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the state bars of New York and Massachusetts the same year. Patrick is a graduate of New Bedford High School, class of 2000, and is a member of their All-Sports Hall of Fame.
