Patrick Matthew Winn

Mr. Winn was assigned by the Committee for Public Counsel Services to represent me in a sensitive legal matter. He contacted me immediately upon accepting the appointment. He assisted me in understanding the legal issues involved in my case; he described the process he would follow in assisting me; ...he guided me in assembling the necessary documents and organizing a presentation of the material for a hearing. Mr. Winn was always clear in explaining what I should expect from the process. One of the things I most appreciated about working with Mr. Winn is that he was always responsive to my questions or concerns. He typically responded to my emails or returned my phone calls on the same day, and never (as far as I can remember) later than the next day. He was especially effective in the hearing as he presented the material we had assembled and conveyed about me exactly what I hoped to convey. We achieved a very positive result -- even better than I had hoped for; but I can honestly say that I would have written the same review even if the result had not been positive. I knew I was well and fairly represented.
