If you a looking for a compasionate attorney

I usually do not post reviews but I must do this so that you and your family can experience the great service Mark Griffith provided my son and my family. Without going into the legal details, I have to say that as a mother of a troubled child for the last 20 years and dealing with many attorneys, M...r. Griffith has been the most effective, considerate and compassionate attorney I have had to deal with. He knows the law and does not hesitate to pursue every avenue to pursue your legal issues. I am so grateful to Mr. Griffith for helping my family.

Saved my family.....

Unfortunately, my family/ probate attorney needed to call in a criminal attorney last minute. What should have been a simple divorce, turned into an absolute criminal/custody war nightmare. Mark was called in on a Saturday afternoon to handle a criminal matter stemming from the most ugly divorce in ...history turned criminal/custody battle. For the record, I am the MOTHER. My divorce attorney told me that if his family needed a criminal attorney, Mark is who they would call, no doubt. Mark was on the phone with myself and my family on Sunday and appeared in front of the judge with me on Monday, fully prepared and ready to fight for me. The charges against me were dismissed, and I kept him on, to work with my attorney because I knew this was the fight of my life. Over the next 2 years, Mark diligently worked my case, defended me as if I were his daughter and was both loyal and very calming for me. Do not let his pleasant southern drawl fool you, this guy is an absolute shark in the courtroom. He fought for me in the most professional and polished manner; always showing absolute respect for the judges and courtrooms, yes, courtrooms, as I had to appear in several different courts to prove my innocence, which Mark did by simply presenting the facts. There was no showboating, as it is not necessary for Mark. He was always listening closely and strategizing while doing so. He fought for me, and more importantly fought for my son and my sons future. I now have been cleared of all charges and retain sole custody of my child. Mark saved my family, and did anything and everything necessary to do so. Lets face it, if you need him things aren't really going great for you, but when he is done, you will be his biggest fan. I know that I certainly am.

" Straight Forward and Experienced!!! "

I introduced myself to Mark at my arraignment last January. I asked him to represent me after I witnessed his thorough demeanor with another client. Without hesitation he said "No problem!". Mark was helped me understand everything and guide me through all of my questions and concerns! ... The bottom line is Mark is easy to deal with and very understanding! I even referred my friend less than a month later due to Mark's professionslism.

Outstanding Divorce Lawyer

Mark Griffith is an outstanding lawyer. He worked diligently on my divorce case which had its time in criminal court as well as probate family court. My case lasted just over 2 years and Mark won each time we returned to court. Mark has an outstanding ability to negotiate, strategize and present the... facts in court . He is personable and available. I would highly recommend Mark Griffith. With Marks help, I was able to settle a very contentious custody case and reach an agreement . Many thanks to Mark for his outstanding work .

A Strong Advocate and a Partner for a Horrendous Ordeal

Attorney Mark Griffith was recommended to me by another attorney under the disclaimer "this is the person I would call if I ever got into trouble." When I first met Mark he was respectful to me, listened to my concerns and addressed them. He was nothing short of a gentleman, always being reachable to... me as well as my family and taking time to meet and speak with members of my family. He made no secret that he enjoyed going to court and he enjoyed taking cases to trial even more. While he didn't shy away from his success in the courtroom, he also owned his failures and admitted he was a good attorney, but not perfect. He also made it clear from the beginning that I was not a client, I was a partner to him in my defense for a criminal matter. In court Mark displayed his considerable acumen as a defense attorney; if Mark was not winning a something in that moment, then he was either setting up circumstances for his advantage later or using the opportunity to gather new information to strengthen his arguments or reveal weakness in the opposition's arguments. During one motion hearing, I had the opportunity to watch him thoroughly trounce the prosecutor handling the case by making a simple, yet elegant and logical argument in support of the salient issue in the motion he filed while also gathering advantageous information from police officers during cross examination by revealing egregious errors and flagrant bias in the handling of the investigation. Mark uses his skill, experience, and knowledge of the courtroom to maneuver each situation to the outcome he wanted each time we went to court. Mark did not stop until I had the result I wanted, he was prepared to take the case to trial. Fortunately, he was able to get the charges dismissed without a conviction, protecting my career. I am grateful to him in helping me navigate a horrendous ordeal and I would readily recommend him to anyone needing legal representation in a civil or criminal matter.

"I had dozens of cases, numerous motions and at least one trial against Mark Griffith and I can highly recommend him for anyone needing defense from a criminal charge in Middlesex County. He is easy to get along with, well respected by judges and prosecutors and has the ability to convince a jury that they have a reasonable doubt even after his client all but admits to the crime on the witness stand (true story). Some might think jurors are swayed by his southern accent, but it is actually preparation, dedication and experience at trial that make him so effective."
