I was assigned Mark 4 yrs ago for my case of DUI , 3rd offense. Right away I could tell Mark was an excellent attorney. After he looked over my case, he informed me that I had a very good chance I would he found not guilty. If found guilty, I would definitely do jail time, which just could not happ...en. Covid hit, and my case just continued to continue. As time got closer to my trial, I was considering a jury trial and Mark informed me that I would be better off doing a bench trial. I, of course had my doubts, but Mark says he's done thousands of these and he's very confident of a not guilty verdict. He told me the points he would be making and they really sounded pretty awesome, so I decided that a bench trial would suffice. The trial finally came almost 4yrs later to the date, and needless to say, I was very scared. As the trial started, Mark worked his magic, hit all the points he said he was going to. He made me feel like I was his most important client he ever had. He was extremely Profesional and definitely knew his job. I was found not guilty.
