Knowledgeable. Aggressive. Results.
I hired Drew to help resolve a family dispute. The other party was being very difficult and mean. Drew took an aggressive approach to immediately stop the other party from some of their illegal actions and create a balance. Drew was always available to us, showed a great understanding of the law and the legal procedures, and was very understanding and encouraging. Drew is a fine attorney and I would hire him any time there is a dispute in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for real results.

Fantastic Lawyer - Can trust both his word and his work product.
Drew has helped me with an on-going property dispute and has been absolutely amazing to work with. Over the last year, my case has become increasingly complex (and stressful). Throughout I've been continually impressed by his ability to efficiently guide us. This has shown both his breadth/depth of legal knowledge and also his ability to quickly assess an unknown. While working with Drew, it is also very clear that his main priority is to help me find a resolution. Smart and understanding
Drew helped me with a very tricky, drawn-out landlord issue in SF. He was always sharp in understanding all the angles and clearly laid out our options in a way that we could easily grasp and make the right decision. He was very understanding as to our situation and what we could/couldn't do and set up every negotiation and interaction with opposing counsel in a way that ensured our best interests. Whenever he wasn't absolutely certain about something, he effectively found the top expert in his network and got the additional advice we needed. I'd trust Him with any case.

Clear, appropriate, direct advice
I met Drew as part of his volunteer work at the San Mateo Law Library. At that time I was self-representing myself in a larger lawsuit and had done extensive research for my case. Drew quickly helped me focused on the relevant points and highlighted some risks I had not seen. His opinions were very useful and practical.

Knowledgable and friendly professional
Drew advised me on an insurance claims issue. Not only was he honest in explaining that it would not be wise to pursue litigation, he still went out of his way to give me personal advice and references on how to address my insurance issue (in my case, small claims court). He was very friendly and responsive, and I am sure he would be as brilliant a litigation attorney as he was a generous and intelligent source of advice.

Easy to work with, helpful, and honest.
Much like Denzel Washington says in Philadelphia "explain to me like I'm a four year old", Andrew walked me through a difficult (and somewhat scary) case. He knocked out each alternative and what I was to look forward to. This was my first big/scary legal experience and he allayed many of my fears right off the bat, and answered the myriad questions I had, and even waited for me to ask more once I had exhausted them. He was patient for this newbie and gave very detailed explanations. He worked fast when necessary, and stood back to let me evaluate my options as well. No pressure, just down-to-earth help.

Reliable, Quality Legal Support

Great experience
I had an breach of contract case. I looked up attorneys on yelp. Andrew Winghart came up with very high rating and great reviews. I set up an appointment with Drew. We went over the documents I had, and talked about options. Drew was very honest about the potential outcomes and costs. In the end, I decided not to pursue the case. Drew was very understanding. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Satisfied Client
When my boyfriend and I sought out Mr. Winghart's assistance, we had never before dealt with a lawyer and were frankly quite worried about the prospect of being named in a lawsuit. As college students, the prospect of hiring a lawyer is daunting for financial reasons as well, and this led to some serious stress. Mr. Winghart, however, was very kind, considerate of our financial needs, and candid in his advice on how to proceed. He was knowledgeable and informed without being pretentious or overwhelming. An excellent attorney
Drew represented me in a contract with a corporation for over one year. I was emotionally distraught by the actions taken against me by that corporation. In his communications with me Drew was always calm and kind and legally wise in his actions with the corporation. He showed me respect and guided me in understanding the legality and practicality of my situations. He grounded me in my expectations while at the same time strategically pushing my legal demands against the corporation. He also worked expeditiously.
