Professional, Thorough, and Supportive Representation

I had a positive experience working with this attorney on a separation agreement. Kate was professional, attentive, and thorough throughout the process. She clearly explained my rights, reviewed all details carefully, and ensured I understood every aspect of the agreement. Additionally, she was res...ponsive to my questions and provided knowledgeable guidance during a difficult time. I felt supported and informed from start to finish and would highly recommend her services.

Helpful, thorough and empathetic

I had a consultation with Kate regarding an unemployment claim. She was very helpful in going through my documents, selecting what was relevant and what was irrelevant to my case, and helping me formulate an argument that supported my claims, all while adhering to the law. She was also professional a...nd empathetic to my circumstances and helped to lessen my anxiety about the entire process. I would recommend her, absolutely.

Kate is the "Right" choice

It was a real pleasure in working with such a professional as Kate. Her careful review of my situation, explanation and recommendations of alternatives, along with providing me with insights of actions that could be taken proved to be excellent. Her approach was honest, factual, diligent and great... listener. She created a powerful “Demand” letter for wages based on several factors including Good Faith and Fair Dealing that had been withheld due to released timeframe, which resulted in immediate payment from the company. Kate is the one to go to when you have questions and issues; seeking professional advice and guidance with employment contracts agreement.

Very Good Employment Attorney

Kate's knowledge and understanding of Massachusetts employment law is excellent. She did a great job of answering my questions, following up and reviewing the facts with me. She brought to my attention details and options I was not aware existed or may be entitled to. From initial contact and thro...ugh the entire negotiating process Kate was quick to respond. The ability to work with her remotely via phone and email made the entire process much easier and less stressful. Kate is a very good attorney and I am glad that she was on my side. I highly recommend talking with her. Thanks Kate!

Excellent Employment Lawyer

I was recently terminated, and it was a complete shock. Attorney Fitpatrick was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of employment law, and helped me negotiate a much better severance agreement than I thought possible, and even got health insurance added in. She also caught several clauses of th...e agreement that were not in my favor and had them changed on my behalf. Most importantly, a separation is a traumatic event, and Ms. Fitzpatrick was always compassionate and supportive, even when I might have been a little difficult. I highly recommend her. Her zealous advocacy is making my transition to the next step of my career so much smoother
