Exponged Felonies

Attorney Hennessey got two felonies exponged for me that I felt were unjust and I got when I was young.

Great Representation;

Attorney Joseph Hennessey, aside from being a perfectionist in his work, he prides himself on being extremely professional. What makes him exceptional from other legal counselors is that he goes above and beyond for his clients. He is very conscise, very clear on communication and he finishes what he... starts. My wife and I, owe our trust to attorney Joseph Hennessey and will be forever grateful to him for his great service in how he represented me in court and on how he responded quickly to the previous case we experienced. Great lawyer!

We hired Attorney Hennessey to represent us in a domestic violence case. He was always prepared and ready to defend and won the case on our behalf! We've hired attorney Hennessey several times since then and he has been very successful defending our cases. Will always be our attorney!

Mr. Joseph Hennessey took great time to know me and did not stigmatized me by my charge. From the onset he made sure that he was going to get to the bottom of the accusation I was charged for . Not only that, he thoroulgy combed through all evidence, and prompted his investigator to take record of ev...idence and testimonials in favor of the truth, justice, and myself. I felt like I was in very good hands, I felt very well taken care of. I felt nervous at first and from time to time, because I was wrongly accused,this being my first ever case and all . But never did I doubt his credentials or the feeling that he wanted my justice just as much as I did. I Especially love the fact that he made time to meet with me and my family on different occasions whenever we had questions or concerns, also making himself readily available through phone call or text. I felt like he genuinely cared about my lot and did not just see me as another case number. Barrister Hennessey kept me informed and made sure I understood everything that was going on through the pretrial process by proctoring me on potential questions I might hear from the plaintiffs attorney. I was very prepared, through his guidiance,I never felt more comfortable. I am glad that I was able to be defended by such a great attorney . I will, and have recommended him to those who have been put in a similar situation as I. Attorney Hennesseybis honestly a godsend. With his hard work and diligence I was able to celebrate my innocence with him and my family on the day of trial. Because he saw me for who I was and sought the truth in the situation and made himself readily available to meet my family at any time . Thank you so much for caring. Your diligence uncanny .

Best Attorney in the state of Massachusetts

Mr Joseph Hennessey was an excellent attorney regarding my case and he was able to get all of my charges dismissed! I wouldn't recommend anyone else for criminal cases. Honestly I wish I met him earlier because he is an amazing professional and a great human being.
