Successful in any pursuit against neglect

Andrew Bass has exceeded my expectations against a dealership for neglect when they replaced an axle on my 2009 Nissan Maxima's drivers front tire while doing an engine repair. After three weeks of my vehicle being repaired it was ready and I received a phone call saying me car was finished and ready... to be picked up. So after work on a Friday afternoon I picked my car up from them went home and my friend nick and I were on our way to New Hampshire when I was on route 3 in tyngsboro when my tire detached from my vehicle while going 30 mph. The tire continued down the highway resulting in a vehicle hitting it luckily the driver of that vehicle along with my friend and I were not injured at all. In the morning I went back to the dealership to tell them what happend for them to own up and take responsibility for their negligence but I got nothing but the run around and numbers thrown at me. For example they told me they werent liable because I drove the vehicle more than 70 miles when in reality I only drove it 55 miles with in the 3 hours that I had it back in my possession. That's when I knew I needed a lawyer and I found Andrew bass who got my settled this case in 3 weeks returning all of my money back including his fee :) I highly recommend him.
