LEMONADE LAWSUIT

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM A PRIVATE SELLER IN MAY 2017. THE CAR DID NOT PASS INSPECTION. AFTER MANY UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM MYSELF, I RETAINED ATTORNEY ANDREW BASS AS LEGAL COUNSEL. FROM THE VERY FIRST MEETING, I KNEW THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN RESOLVING MY ISSUE. HE OBTA...INED VARIOUS EVIDENC TO PRESENT AT THE SMALL CLAIMS TRIAL. I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT GOING TO COURT, BUT ATTORNEY BASS WAS ABLE TO EASE MY FEARS WITH HIS EXPERTISE AND KIND YET PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. HE PRESENTED MY CASE BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE WITH CONFIDENCE AS HE WAS VERY WELL PREPARED. HE TALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE COURTROOM. HE SUCCESSFULLY HANDLED MY CASE AND I RECIEVED A JUDGEMENT IN MY FAVOR. HOWEVER, THE DEFENDANT FILED AN APPEAL. HE KEPT ME ABREAST OF EVERY STEP AS IT HAPPEND.HE CALLED ME PERSONALLY EACH AND EVERY TIME HE HAD ANY NEWS FOR ME. HE AGAIN, ACCOMPANIED ME TO COURT FOR THE APPEAL AND AGAIN, HE WAS ABLE TO CONVINCE THE JUDGE, WITH HIS EVIDENCE PRESENTED, THAT I WAS WITHIN MY RIGHTS. I AM CURRENTLY AWAITING PAYMENT FROM THE PARTY. HE HAS ASSURED ME, THAT HE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO GET ME THE AWARDED MONEY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATTORNEY ANDREW BASS. HE IS KNOWLEGABLE IN THE LAW ,AND IS ABLE TO EASILY STATE HIS CASE BEFORE A JUDGE. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF POLITE, KIND AND THOUGHTFUL

Great outcome

My son received a speeding ticket a few months back. We live out of state, so I was unsure of traffic court proceedings in MA. Attorney Andrew Bass assured us of a positive outcome, furthermore he produced. Not only was there no fine, but the entire ticket was dismissed!! Excellent Lawyer!

We arrived at the court house one hour earlier just like My lawyer had Advised.We went over my case scenario. When we were called in My Lawyer opened the motion by explaining he was representing me as his client.I was surprised by how quickly he poked holes on the report submitted by the State troope...r who issued me the ticket.Even though the trooper himself was not present,The representative was unable to answer the multiple questions he was asked in regard to the distance he was at, the exact speed I was traveling at and things like his experience, all the State Trooper could reply was,'I don't have that information, or I don't know' until the judge intervened.My Lawyer was very atticulate when he asked me questions pertaining to how I was pulled over.At one point the judge asked him if he was a Physicist in regard to the questions he asked about distance per minute and momentum I was traveling at.The Motion was well executed by this Lawyer and the end product I won the case! and my driving record was spared. I would recommend him to anyone who gets a speeding ticket.
