Winner, Committed, Expert = Attorney Bass

Attorney Bass was extremely engaged and professional from our very first conversation about my issues over a sub par vehicle recently purchased that was portrayed as an excellent conditioned car by an auto sales dealer. Andrew clearly laid out every option and was completely accurate on how each opti...on would play out if we went to court and how he would try to get the best option even before going to court. After deciding to go to court due to some hardball from the auto dealer, Andrew consistently kept me up to date on our lawsuit case and communicated every action. Very satisfied, highly recommended!!

I just recently concluded with a vehicle and couldn't have had a better experience working with Attorney Bass. LEMONADE LAWSUIT

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM A PRIVATE SELLER IN MAY 2017. THE CAR DID NOT PASS INSPECTION. AFTER MANY UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM MYSELF, I RETAINED ATTORNEY ANDREW BASS AS LEGAL COUNSEL. FROM THE VERY FIRST MEETING, I KNEW THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN RESOLVING MY ISSUE. HE OBTA...INED VARIOUS EVIDENC TO PRESENT AT THE SMALL CLAIMS TRIAL. I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT GOING TO COURT, BUT ATTORNEY BASS WAS ABLE TO EASE MY FEARS WITH HIS EXPERTISE AND KIND YET PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. HE PRESENTED MY CASE BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE WITH CONFIDENCE AS HE WAS VERY WELL PREPARED. HE TALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE COURTROOM. Successfully sued [info withheld] for neglect

Andrew Bass has exceeded my expectations against [info withheld] Nissan of westboro for neglect when they replaced an axle on my 2009 Nissan Maxima's drivers front tire while doing an engine repair. After three weeks of my vehicle being repaired it was ready and I received a phone call saying me car ...was finished and ready to be picked up. So after work on a Friday afternoon I picked my car up from them went home and my friend nick and I were on our way to New Hampshire when I was on route 3 in tyngsboro when my tire detached from my vehicle while going 30 mph. The tire continued down the highway resulting in a vehicle hitting it luckily the driver of that vehicle along with my friend and I were not injured at all. In the morning I went back to the dealership to tell them what happend for them to own up and take responsibility for their negligence but I got nothing but the run around and numbers thrown at me. For example they told me they werent liable because I drove the vehicle more than 70 miles when in reality I only drove it 55 miles with in the 3 hours that I had it back in my possession. That's when I knew I needed a lawyer and I found Andrew bass who got my settled this case in 3 weeks returning all of my money back including his fee :) I highly recommend him.
