Knowledgeable - Professional - Focused on Results

My husband and I hired Attorney Andrew Bass after we purchased a vehicle from a dealer who knowingly lied to us about it's condition and the work they did prior to selling the vehicle. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable about consumer protection and all laws surrounding it. He responded to all emails... and phone calls promptly with great attention to detail. He took the time to know the specifics of our case and truly cared about winning the case for us. The Dealer's Attorney was not easy to work with and this case dragged on for over 2 years. Due to relocating over 5000 miles away, we desired to settle outside of court before leaving. Andrew worked diligently to get a settlement we were comfortable with. Winner, Committed, Expert = Attorney Bass

Attorney Bass was extremely engaged and professional from our very first conversation about my issues over a sub par vehicle recently purchased that was portrayed as an excellent conditioned car by an auto sales dealer. Andrew clearly laid out every option and was completely accurate on how each opti...on would play out if we went to court and how he would try to get the best option even before going to court. After deciding to go to court due to some hardball from the auto dealer, Andrew consistently kept me up to date on our lawsuit case and communicated every action. Long story short, Andrew not only won my case but through his diligence, hard work, and EXPERTISE in LAW, the judge awarded me $20,000 when we originally only requested $4,200 from the auto dealer. Andrew Bass not only wins but he will do everything in his power to fight for his clients and get more than what you expect. His name alone makes auto dealers lose sleep. Breach of Warranty Resolved

Attorney Bass did a wonderful job helping me with a breach of warranty when FCA refused to pay for a new transmission on my van that was still under warranty. He gave good advice, worked efficiently, and always responded to my queries quickly. I highly recommend attorney Bass.

I Was and Will Always Be Extremely Thankful to Atty. Andrew P. Bass

Had an awful consumer experience that Atty. Andrew P. Bass helped me with and it involved my 1968 Olds 442. The case easily went my way but retrieving the car from the garage became another separate mess. The garage owner continued his antics so I did the only thing I could think of at the moment......I called Atty. Andrew P. Bass. It was very early but he answered right away, listened to my issue and quickly proceeded to contact the garage owner to settle dispute. My car is back now and my life is getting back to normal. His legal fees were very affordable and I was lucky that I had/have Atty. Andrew P. Bass on speed dial.
