My Client had unsuccessfully sought to have his 2017 Ford vehicle repaired by a Ford dealership on numerous occasions. The inherent defect(s) of the vehicle were not apparent or discoverable by examin ... ation, therefore, diagnosis of the origin of the issue was extraordinarily difficult. The vehicle frequently left my client stranded and the Ford dealership had refused to buy this $50,000.00+ vehicle back. The case was successfully settled in March, 2017 with Ford Motor Company buying the vehicle back on terms favorable to my Client.
