Description: MM was rear ended in his El Camino on December 6, 2007 in Huntington Beach, California. He suffered serious neck injuries. His prior attorney obtained an offer of $8,000, but MM felt that amount was not fair for the amount of pain he was feeling. After being recommended to a neurologist, MM found out that he had serious neck injuries, causing radiating pain. The injury would eventually require surgical intervention.
