I have been a client since July 2011 and have paid about $18,000 to the firm since. I’m thankful to the firm for helping me place my mom in an assisted living facility four years ago, where she is still today. I don’t think she would be alive now if I didn’t have Jack Rosenkranz’ guidance on how to use my Power of Attorney. Other notable accolades are helping my mom apply for and win her VA Aid and Attendance award; and filing a contingent remainder deed. I gave four stars because there is room for improvement. At certain times during the last four years the firm was either understaffed or training new hires. Because of this, my issues were either not always attended to in a timely manner or given to staff with less experience. Mistakes were made with the filing of the contingent remainder deed and the VA Aid and Attendance application. I had to be the “squeaky wheel that gets the grease” in order to get these things corrected. I still have a relationship with the firm, and today I had to be the squeaky wheel again with the senior paralegal. I prepaid for my mom’s Medicaid application filing, which she may need in the future. I hope that the process goes more smoothly on the firm’s part if the time comes to file. I hope to write a five-star review next time.

Mr. Rosenkranz and his staff were extremely helpful to me and my family. They were always available to
answer questions and give explanations via email, phone or office visits, they accomplished what our goals
were in a timely manner. I was very pleased with Mr. Rosenkranz and all his staff.

We found Mr. Rosenkranz very knowledgeable and helpful. My father is in a nursing home, and I needed some information regarding medicaid and the sale of his home. We also had our will drawn up to make everything easier for our daughter to handle our estate upon our demise.

My husband had been diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia about 4 years ago, and recently he was admitted to the hospital. He was not improving, and I was told he needed to be in a nursing home. Everything happened so fast, and I was unsure of what to do. My daughter, who lives in a different state, found Rosenkranz's law firm online. I called the number and Jack Rosenkranz answered the phone. I explained the situation, and he said I can help you file for Medicaid, and my husband was transferred to the nursing home. Jack said he works with his staff, Rachel and Brook, as a team. Early in this process, I called the office with a dire concern about the application process, and Rachel told me that Mr. Rosenkranz was out of the country for about 10 days. Honestly, I panicked, but after about 15 minutes I received a phone call from him - he was at the airport out of the country, yet he reassured me that everything was going to be OK. He came back from his trip, and I had a meeting with the team. Words can’t express the feeling of honest truth about them. They are very professional, give very detailed information, and most importantly, have compassion for their clients. I can attest to how, as a team, this office works to help their clients. Mr. RosenKranz was honest and never guaranteed any result, but he said he will do his best, and he definitely did. I couldn't be happier with the results and with the firm. Thank you.

Luckily I was referred to Jack Rosenkranz by another lawyer. Jack and his staff provided timely responses and helped me immensely in providing my dad legal assistance. I believe the cost of his services are fair and appropriate. We utilized phone calls, e-mails, and regular mail effectively. I highly recommend this lawyer for Elder Care issues.

We first hired Jack and his team back in about 2002 for planning and recently needed their services for follow up. Without hesitation Jack and his team were a total relief. There is no way to negotiate thru the medicare/medicade bureaucracy without the aid of an experience Elder care attorney such as Jack and his team. I keep referring to team because that's what he offers, a team of people to help, nights, weekends, research and such.

I hired Mr. Rosenkranz on a matter regarding my mother-in-law who was in a hospital and very ill. I wanted to protect what little assets she had from staggering medical bills. He gives a great sales pitch, but in reality he did nothing for her and it cost me $1,000.

When my mother moved to Florida we assumed her P.O.A. from NY would work. Not so. With Jack's help we were able to get all her affairs in order before she passed away. He amd his staff were highly professional, put her mind at ease, and prevented us from being worn down by the system.

Jack is caring, knowledgeable and above all honest. His work enabled my mother to get the care she needed as a senior and have quality of life until she left us at the age of 98.
I have hired Jack again for some legal help and would recommend him to all in need of an attorney.

After I had worked with a local attorney for nearly a year to generate elder care and estate planning documents that would meet my requirements, and failing to do so, my friends recommended Jack Rosenkranz. My goal was a set of legal documents that are easy to read and understand, and specific to my situation. When I met with Jack, he patiently listened to my frustrations and my goals, and within a couple of weeks he and his team delivered a stack of documents that I could review and sign in less than one hour in his conference room. What I was not able to accomplish elsewhere in a year, Jack and his team delivered in less than a month. I can’t express the relief it is to me that I have signed off on documents that I understand, and that will not be a challenge for my loved ones. I enjoyed working with Jack and his team. They are friendly, professional, efficient, effective, and genuinely interested in helping. I am extremely appreciative and recommend this firm with no reservations.
