My Dad and siblings and I hired Kevin Albaum after he was recommended to us by a hospital social worker who had also employed him when she was working through her parents' estate planning. Kevin is a highly competent, knowledgeable elder care attorney who zeros in on the client's needs, develops a clear action plan and communicates very clearly throughout the process. Elder Law

We hired Mr. Albaum to assist us with the Medicaid process after hearing him talk at an Alzheimer's meeting. His knowledge of the legal system impressed me. I would highly recommend him.

Estate Probate for Sister and Brother-in-law

Best choice I ever made!

I'm out of state trying to help my brother and sister in law in Fl. The best thing that happened was a referral to see Kevin for legal help.I flew in and in less than a week he had prepared and executed the POA's required to assist my relatives..since then he has guided me thru a difficult Guardianship and Medicaid process. I am very grateful and fortunate that Kevin was my Attorney.

Knows his stuff!

Mr Albaum was greatly beneficial to assisting us with filing processes and estate planning. He helped us traverse some potentially muddy waters and did so quite expeditiously! Could not be more pleased with his services!!

Excellent Attorney

We hired Mr. Albaum to assist with applying for Medicaid for my brother and to guide us through the process regarding long term care in a nursing home facility . We knew the process was going to be difficult and timely. However, with the knowledge and expertise Mr. Albaum displayed we knew that we were in excellent hands. The process was seamless. Mr. Albaum removed the burden from us and handled everything from start to finish. He never missed a beat. He knew exactly what to do, communicated with us throughout the process, responded to our emails within minutes and always kept us informed in a very timely manner. Ultimately my brother has been placed in a nursing home, is comfortable, happy and thriving. My family and I contribute this outcome 100% on the excellent care that was shown to us by Mr. Albaum. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also displayed an enormous amount of compassion not only to us but to my brother as well. We will forever be grateful to him and for all that he did for us.

Best young attorney in lakeland

Kevin was hired as after graduating Stetson . He wrote our wills and executed my husbands. He is creative in the writing of wills and very knowledgeable about elder law. He is very personable.He was able to handle or trust and give great advice

Mother-In-Law in Need

My mother-in-law began suffering from dementia and everyone else in the family lives out of state so we couldn't be there to help her. I consulted with Kevin on what our options were as she was unable to see the disability the disease was causing. Kevin was excellent in outlining the options available and then doing the needed work when I decided on a course of action. He has a very good combination of being compassionate and understanding to the family difficulties we were going through, while at the same time being expeditious so that costs were kept as low as possible. He helped in getting a guardian for her which now means my mother-in-law is safe and since adjusting to her new home, she is happy as well.

Knowledgeable

My mother had recently moved to Florida after selling her home there and we needed help in the estate planning department as well as wills, POA etc. Kevin was great and Mom felt very comfortable with him. I had interviewed 2 lawyers prior and found Kevin to know more than they did as well as having great commuications skills.

Kevin Albaum is someone that is knowledgeable about what he does. He kept things simple to understand for my wife and myself. I felt he was honest and that he wanted to his best for us. Knowledgeable and Efficient

An elderly relative of mine required estate planning documents quickly. Having worked in the legal field for 25 plus years in New England, I knew the type of attorney that I wanted my relative to hire. I was looking for a sophisticated law firm who had an attorney that was knowledgeable in drafting estate planning documents. This person also had to have the ability to look at all areas of my relative’s life to make sure that during the remainder of his life he would be comfortable and upon his death, his wishes would be carried out. My search led me to Kevin Albaum. Attorney Albaum surpassed all of my expectations. He was thorough, experienced, and efficient. My relative felt comfortable with and understood all of the documents that were presented. I feel strongly that every person should have some type of estate planning and I highly recommend Kevin Albaum as the attorney who can and will meet the needs of every person that contacts him.

Kevin Albaum

My husband and I had put off getting our wills and other necessary papers in order mostly because we had no idea where to start with it. (Not to mention it was easier to simply not deal with it). We are so very grateful that we were able to obtain such a knowledgeable young man to guide us through this process, answering all of our questions and explaining in detail every option and consequence in making these kinds of decisions. Thorough and Secure

My husband and I created our estate plan with Kevin. Kevin was very thorough in our planning. He ensured that all of the documents necessary were correctly completed. My family has been provided the security in knowing that, in the event of a tragedy, we will be taken care of properly.
