Replied last January 16, 2015As Anca’s former attorney I am bound by attorney–client privilege, which I honor. Therefore, I am unable to respond to this former client’s accusations without violating client confidentiality. However, I take issue with Anca’s allegations and maintain that my actions were both legal and ethical, and that I had good cause for withdrawing from any further representation of this client. I always strive to obtain the best possible results for my clients, within the legal and ethical constrains of our legal system.
