Ultimately, he convinced me I had no reason to be concerned. When I offered to pay him for his time -- which was worth thousands of dollars to me -- he said "no charge!". I had a lot of issues involving rats in the ceiling of the apartment I was renting, and he was able to get the landlord to agree to an agressive program involving multiple exterminators to resolve the issue without my having to sue the landlord. Customer review: Whatever you don't hire Evan Loeffler as your lawyer. He steals hours, charges you for for whatever he can even to write your name on a piece of paper. He overcharged me $560 and he was intimidating and threatend me if I tried to talk to him about the bill. He did not want to explain the bill to me or try to justify his overcharged bill. All he cares about his making money, nothing else even if that means helping the people your trying to sue.
