So ... I was charged with 2 dui's inside of a week last August (2012). Both blows were over .20. Nathan worked hard for me, knew all the ins and outs, through down stacks of precedents blowing away the prosecution in both cases. I ended up pleading to a negligent driving in the first case, and a dui - no blow in the second case. I'm very happy with the results, Nathan saved me a lifetime of court bs! Hopefully I'll never be charged with dui again, however there's only one person I'd contact if I am. Nathan Webb! Answered every question, dealt with the dol for me, responded quickly and accuratley, and his legal assistant is a perfect 10. Best person to contact if you're facing dui charges.

My son was driving friends home through campus when blocked by drunk frat boys, one of which hit him in the head with a stone. They called the police, accusing him of trying to run them over. Long story short, my son assumed since the facts were obvious, together with his injury, lack of any drinking on his part, or traffic incidents, he would be cleared of the drunk driving charge. He didn't contest his arrest and was released. A year later he got a court summons! We fortunately found Nathan Webb who was incredibly patient with our lack of knowledge about such procedures and our shock that this could happen. He even returned a phone call while grocery shopping in the evening. He charged a flat fee; no unexpected later expenses - also very helpful given the traumatic effect on us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and EFFECTIVE. Can't say enough good about him and can only apologize for taking this long to post a referral.

I have never been in trouble of any sort, so you can sat I was scared out of my mind! I had been mis-informed by someone that you should refuse all tests to check for alcohol. BIG mistake!! after landing my butt in jail I was informed the next day I would lose my license for one year!! I work 45 min away I couldnt let this happen. To the rescue...Nathan Webb. He reperesented me to the licensing department and pointed out mistakes the police made. To the point, I never lost it :) I could never drive with one of those machines, not with my line of work (not to mention humiliation) I also got my DUI dropped to a lesser offense. He's the best!

Nathan is a true pro, I have a pretty ugly history of DUI, and although it was old it was still affecting my case. I met with many lawyers including those considered “ the best” , most of them made me very uncomfortable, acting as judge and prosecutor when what I needed was defense attorney. I felt comfortable with Nathan immediately, although he never sugar coated anything, and was a bit stern with me at times, he did declare that he would do everything he could to get me through this. He graciously addressed all my questions whenever I had any, and I am sure most of them were ridiculous and inane, but again he is a consummate pro. Getting charged with DUI in Washington and especially in King County is a large burden to deal with. The prosecutors are out for blood and the police are less than upstanding. In fact additional information was thrown on to my case at the last minute before motions, but Nathan was unflinching and went to work. He is incredibly smart and watching him rattle of legal findings at the motions hearing was nothing less than impressive. To top it all off he is a good guy. I would not bother looking elsewhere if you are trying to find representation, I unequivocally recommend Nathan Webb. My case was dismissed!

I had a troubling situation in the Seattle area. Being for out of state exacerbate the problem and the stress. Mr. Webb was straight forward in how he felt things would proceed, and kept me informed along the way. He did an excelet job represented my and gave me realistic expectations. i recommend him very highly.

I had used him for a DUI case most saw as being reduced to wreckless as the minimum. I had never been in a case before so looking for attorneys I was very uneasy with many that I had met with. There was one attorney that I had heard reccomendations about but he had told me that he would cost me way too much but reffered me to Nathan Webb because Webb had worked for his firm in the past and he was good enough to start his own firm. He was affordable, proffesional, and most importantly knowledgeable in all aspects of the law. I reccomend him with high regards.

Reckless driving negotiated down to disorderly conduct, clean driving record. Recommended.

I was charged with a DWI and resisting arrest on a routine traffic stop that arose from a traffic stop. After being pulled over, i exited my vehicle upon the officers request and made a phone call which resulted in me being tackled from behind. My chances looked very grim. Nathan informed me that taking a plea bargain would not be a bad choice, but after witnessing his presence in court i decided to pursue trial. Both sides presented their case well, but with charisma, compelling arguments, and additional information found and presented by Nathan my case was dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a well spoken attorney, regardless of the cases circumstance.
