I experienced my first DUI, and I believe my last recently. What made matters worse is that I had refused the breath/blood test. To say I was scared is an understatement. My arrest included a laundry list of infractions that would astound anyone. I actually found Nathan on this site, and I reached out to him on a Sunday. He calmed my fears and told me what I could expect. The outcome in my case was far more than I could have imagined. Nathan is professional, caring, and very intelligent. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone going through this very frightening experience.

I was charged with my second DUI within the last 5 years. I found Mr. Webb on this website and saw the excellent client reviews. After meeting with a few other DUI lawyers, I decided to go with Mr. Webb. This man knows everything there is regarding DUI cases in Washington. His confidence, competence, and demeanor in court put me at ease. His familiarity with the Seattle courts, prosecutors, and judges gives him a huge edge. He responds to all client inquiries and concerns with rapidity, either by email or phone. I could not thank him enough for what he had done for me. Not only was he able to dismiss my department of licensing hearing, he also got my case reduced down to a reckless driving.

I HIRED MR WEBB AFTER FINDING HIM ONLINE. WE LIVED OUT OF STATE AND NEEDED REPRESENTATION. I FEALT VERY CONFIDENT THAT I PICKED THE RIGHT LAWYER. HE WAS WILLING TO TRAVEL TO A DIFFERENT CITY AND I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER OUTCOME WITH THE CASE.

This case was actually for my 19 year old daughter who was 17 years old when she received a Minor in Possession charge. Mr. Webb was professional, courteous, listened to what my daughter had to say and represented her exceptionally well.

I was looking at my 5th DUI, I thought for sure I'd be getting to stay some long dark days behind the "Gray Bar Inn". Mr Webb is very proffesional,and easy to talk to. I was very impressed with his courtroom presence. I did what he suggested,and we were able to get the case reduced.

This was my first experience with a lawyer. Nathan was very organized, knowledgeable & professional.He took time to listen to me and explained the process, options & possible outcomes very clearly.
He was very honest with me and I had that inner feeling of trust that he was going to do his best for me.He was always there when I had questions. I felt very comfortable talking to him.He discussed every aspect of the case with me.I explained my situation in the best possible way, I could and he got me the best possible outcome . I had used him for a DUI case most saw as being reduced to wreckless as the minimum. I had never been in a case before so looking for attorneys I was very uneasy with many that I had met with. There was one attorney that I had heard reccomendations about but he had told me that he would cost me way too much but reffered me to Nathan Webb because Webb had worked for his firm in the past and he was good enough to start his own firm. He was affordable, proffesional, and most importantly knowledgeable in all aspects of the law. I reccomend him with high regards.

Once I signed up with Nathan he had me hand over all my worries to him. He told me that everything was in his hands and that he was the only one to worry.

With Nate's guidance through the court sytem not once did I doubt that I was in the right hands. A friend (and lawyer) recommended FBD and I'm very glad I chose this firm, particularly Mr. Webb. His thoroughness is outstanding and his professionalism and ablility are exemplary. I would highly recommed Nate if a friend found themselves needing representation as I did.

Mr. Webb was excellent! His court presence was phenomenal. It was easy to see that I had by far the best lawyer in the court room. He kept me informed of all the possibilities and gave me the information I needed to make decisions during the entire process. He and Fox Bowman Duarte (FBD) were an excellent legal counsel for my case. In fact, before I had even decided to go with them at my arraignment, the public defender asked me if I had legal counsel. I told her that I was thinking about going with FBD, she got a huge smile and told me that I was making the right decision. Nathan and the FBD team were great from the start.
The case went very smoothly. I will have no problem referring others to Nathan Webb. He was great. The case was dismissed. Thanks Nathan! Nathan L Webb

I was charged with a DWI and resisting arrest on a routine traffic stop that arose from a traffic stop. After being pulled over, i exited my vehicle upon the officers request and made a phone call which resulted in me being tackled from behind. My chances looked very grim. Nathan informed me that taking a plea bargain would not be a bad choice, but after witnessing his presence in court i decided to pursue trial. Both sides presented their case well, but with charisma, compelling arguments, and additional information found and presented by Nathan my case was dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a well spoken attorney, regardless of the cases circumstance.

I recently had occasion to hire Mr. Webb to defend me in a case involving a neglient driving first degree criminal infraction. Mr. Webb came highly recommended. During my first interview with Mr. Webb I knew I had made the right choice. He was very knowlegable about the case law relevant to this matter, and demonstrated excellent command of proper police and administrative procedures. Mr. Webb presented a highly professional demeanor in court and interacted well with the prosecuting attorney and judge alike. His arguments were well conceived, articulated with conviction and were persuasive. Thanks to Mr. Webb my case was dismissed. I would recommend Mr. Webb to others as highly as he was recommended to me and will call on him again if ever the need arises.
