Cristina Sherman is a fierce advocate, poised and professional. She represented the Technical Employees Association in our Unfair Labor Practice dispute with King County, Washington. In the hearing before the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), Christina identified the key points in the law and assembled the case that secured a favorable ruling for TEA from the hearing examiner and again in the subsequent County appeal to the PERC commissioners. Dealing with the requirement to bargain over furloughs, this case establishes a precedent that will serve to protect the rights our Association and many other public employees as local governments seek to contain their costs in the face of falling revenues. Christina is an insightful and very approachable attorney who communicates well and often with her clients. I give Christina Sherman high marks. She earns them.

Our attorney helped us on a maritime lawsuit that went to trial.
