Aaron was an excellent lawyer. He keep me well informed on my case and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with his service. My charges were significant over .15 and he was able to successfully negotiate my case, including no license suspension, no jail time, no SR22 insurance, and no interlock. If you're looking for a lawyer that cares and knows how to work with people I would recommend going with Aaron. Having a DUI for the first time like it was for me is a scary experience and you want to work with someone who is going to spend the time to ensure you have the best possible outcome.

Aaron was not only a Lawyer but a partner during this process that always strived for the most positive outcome. Aaron is the first attorney I’ve ever hired but I was very happy with his performance. I was in a tough situation (a BAC refusal) but I don’t think another attorney could have come out with a better outcome.

I initially interviewed several of the top attorneys in the area. I really connected with Aaron. He didn’t just have a lot of technical experience with my case. But he had a lot of genuine compassion for my situation. I wasn’t treated well by the arresting officer. Aaron saw that and it made him really want to fight for me. I didn’t get that level of connection with any of the other attorneys I spoke with.

When I first met Aaron he explained the entire process to me—each step in my case along with all of the possible (and probable) outcomes. Aaron was very familiar with the police department that arrested me—and even knew my arresting officer. He’s very familiar with the involved judges, prosecutors, and DOL hearing officers. None of the other attorneys I interviewed had this level of knowledge. This made a big difference in deciding to hire Aaron.

Aaron’s knowledge is encyclopedic. On each meeting I had with Aaron, he could recite any detail of my case. His testimony at my DOL hearing was beyond impressive. He not only has a seemingly perfect grasp of the law, but he could rapid fire minute details of my arrest report that he weaved into a thoroughly considered defense. I can’t stress enough how impressive this was. It was as if I was his only client and he had spent weeks studying the details (I actually *did* spend weeks studying my case and he still picked out details that I didn’t see).

The only thing that I think can be improved is a more thorough explanation of some of the basic steps involved in the process. For example, in my case I lost my license for a year. But I only learned as I went through the process that I would be completely without a license for a few weeks at the start of the suspension (it took time to get the interlock license). Similarly at the end of the suspension there were a couple of weeks where I was again out of a license (it took time to take the appropriate tests to get my license back). I also lost my motorcycle endorsement and will have to start over getting that back. Learning details like this were a shock at the time. It was frustrating to learn these things after the fact—especially since they could have been covered by something as simple as a well written FAQ. Issues like this stung at the time but in the grand scheme of things these were relatively minor concerns. Aaron is a brilliant attorney that I would wholeheartedly recommend to others.

Aaron Wolff was so compassionate, informative, accomodating and kind from the second he returned my phone call and every step of the way through my process. He was very realistic and clear with the outlook for my case and never patronizing, always respectful and even humerous when appropriate. Aaron has an outstanding reputation. I did a lot of research on DUI attorneys and in interviewing the attorneys, they all wanted to know who else I was talking to. When ever I mentioned Aaron to the other Attorneys, I always got the feeling that they wished I was not comparing them to him. This told me a LOT. Every good professional knows his competition. In a way the other attorneys helped me select him and they were so right.

Pretty similar story to some of you. I was checking my email/VM driving on the way home from a Christmas party this past December and drove on the shoulder because my head was down, etc.... Long story short, I only had a few glasses of wine and ended up with a night in King County. I was referred to Aaron by a client of mine and it was the best decision I could of made. He made you feel at ease during one of the most stressful times of my life. He'll definitely give you the best and worst case scenarios, but will work to get you the best result possible. He was able to get my DOL case dismissed and the state to reduce my charge to neg 1 with community service.

I was stopped for using my cell phone while driving in Kirkland, WA in late January 2011. I'd had dinner with friends since I was travelling from out of state and over a long dinner had 3 glasses of wine. The officer asked if I had consumed alcohol and unfortunately I answered yes. I'd recently had foot surgery and had a handicap parking pass with me but the officer refused to tell me what she wanted me to do with the field sobriety test so I ultimately refused to take it. I am in my late 40's and have never had any legal issues, never been arrested, and was now faced with possible jail time, huge fines, and insurance and ignition interlock devices! The only good decision I made was to ask for an attorney. I spoke with the court appointed attorney and took the breathalyzer. I was .012. I flew home the next day and sought an attorney. I found Aaron Wolf via Internet search and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. He gave me excellent advice to take the drug assessment test early, the 8 hour training class, and to attend the victim impact panel. Aaron then spoke with the prosecutor before my arraignment and he agreed to a reduced charge of negligent driving in first degree with no jail time, reduced fine and no additional insurance or driving devices. Plus, I only had to fly to Seattle one time. Aaron could not have helped me any more. It was my lucky day when I selected Aaron as my attorney. I highly recommend him!

Aaron just finished representing my uncle, who is mentally disabled. Aaron's professionalism was phenomenal, especially with a client who may have not fully understood the proceedings. When I visited Seattle this past summer, I made the mistake to drink and drive. As an out of state resident, I was completely oblivious to Washington’s strict DUI laws. After my DUI in June of 2009 I met with Aaron and knew right away that he was going to be my lawyer. I was only 17 at the time. He assured my mother and I that everything was going to be okay. I knew from my first meeting with Mr. Wolff that he was a true professional. Given the evidence brought against me, I didn't feel I had much of a chance to have my DUI charge reduced to a Reckless, however Mr. Wolff did. After 17 months of process from the time of my arrest I was able to plead guilty to a Reckless. I learned from my experience and will never need his services again, however I would encourage anyone to at least call him before choosing representation.

Hands down the best representation I've ever retained. I've had the unfortunate experience of being in the courtroom far too often, but Aaron has always been there to help me through. Aaron Wolff was able to help me at a very bad point in my life. Although I had made a bad mistake, he put me at ease and made me feel that I was human and humans make mistakes.
