Jon was very thorough in advising me of all the issues in the proceedings and him and his staff kept me informed of the guidelines - he was able to have the charge come out as a deferred sentance which will be eliminated in 3 years with nothing on my record. As a result I was able to maintain my car insurance with very little increase and full coverage - he did an excellent job and I am sure the judge took his recommendation for a deferred sentence.

Jon Fox is an excellent attorney. He is relaxed and informative and very positive. In addition he has an in depth understanding of the laws related to his specialty. He has good relationships w/ the prosecutors, judges and other attorneys. His support team is also excellet and informative and all follow up is very prompt. Jon is supportive and friendly and never made me feel bad about the situation I was in.

I usually do not write reviews because I always exspect the best services for what I pay for. I had to write this one to let others know who are in the same situation as I was, I say WAS, that there is hope. Having everthing going against me that possibly could, Jon Fox fought and fought till he got me OFF of my DUI. He saved me alot of embarresment and most importantly my job. Don't go with just any lawyer. You have to go with Jon Fox if you want the best results.

Jon helped me out on my DUI case and took me from being scared to death to a great out come in less time than I had anticipated. While working with Mr. Fox, the details of my case were presented to me in straight forward, professional, and to the point manner that I could understand. In my 31 year lifetime, I had never been in trouble before, ever.

Jon Fox's reputation precedes him. During court, he was addressed respectfully and knowingly by the judges and clerks. He was always prepared and knew my case inside and out including the intricacies of how I felt about each stage. After witnessing others in my situation and their attorneys in court, it was clear to me that I was represented by the finest. He obviously was in a different league than the others. There was absolutely no doubt that I was represented by the best.

Jon is a nice guy & an expert on DUI cases. His firm well versed on all the protocols and rules around arrests & BAC tests. They look for procedural loopholes, since in terms of your conviction, in WA state it makes no difference how productive a member of society you are or your lack of prior arrests. The downside of using this firm is that they don't do the best job of keeping you in the loop. I did not receive emails that they claimed were sent & didn't get responses to emails & sent confirming they were received. So, if you hire them, be prepared to "bird dog" a bit. Also, be prepared to spend quite a bit to be represented.

Mr. Fox was very professional, very effective, and extremely easy to deal with. She was not always quick to respond to voicemail or emailed questions, and made one scheduling error. But assistants come and go, you pick an attorney for his skills, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The day that I was arrested for DUI was simply earth shattering.
