I recently completed the divorce process. Although I am myself a lawyer, it is only with hindsight that I realize how naïve I was in the beginning about the process that lay ahead. Through a time consuming process including much screening and evaluation, attorneys at Lonich Patton Ehrlich Policastr...i and more particularly Gina Policastri and Riley Pennington were retained to represent me. I’m sure I presented some unique challenges to them but with every interaction between us they were informed, patient, and always instructive and instilled in me a great level of confidence in the rightness and effectiveness of their advice and representation. And through it all, they provided guidance based on their considerable experience and knowledge of the subject matter, which allowed me to think past my initial instincts. I have since unqualifiedly recommended them to others and would not hesitate to continue to do so in the future.

Exceptional Divorce Attorney

Going through a divorce is not easy, especially when your ex hires a bulldog vs a qualified divorce attorney. Gina knew exactly what we were up against, someone who isn't looking for the best interest of both parties but rather how much she can keep it going so she could bill, bill and bill. On our... first day in court I knew I had hired the best, everything my ex's attorney threw at the judge was shot down, whereas with Gina's poise and her extensive knowledge of the law the judge gave me everything I asked for without throwing low blows. Gina knows the law, I mean really knows how to prepare, develop a solid strategy and move things along as quickly as possible. Gina is a fantastic communicator, a great listener and never had to ask me a question a second time. She listens, provides guidance and then goes to battle on and off the court. Additionally, Gina has a very strong supporting staff who were just as good as Gina and provided me with answers to any questions or concerns I might have around child custody, support, and splitting of assets. If you are looking for a divorce attorney I highly recommend Gina and her team, they will go above and beyond to help you through this tough time with amazing results.

Excellent and Professional

Gina is the consummate professional with a vast knowledge base. I had a complicated case and was always confident that Gina could steer me in the right direction. I would absolutely recommend her.

Satisfied

Before hiring Gina my case was never getting anywhere, and it has been 6 years going through my divorce, once i hired Gina within 8 months my divorced was finalized. She is extremely organized, a hard worker and always has the best advice for you and knows what is needed to do to move your case forwa...rd!

Excellent Attorney

Gina is currently representing me in my divorce which has been a difficult 2-year process due to delays caused by the opposing attorney and my ex. She was able to answer my numerous questions about the process, copies me on everything and keeps me in the loop the entire time. Communication from G...ina and her team either through office visits or by email are always very responsive. Gina is very knowledgeable, professional, competent and has a straight forward approach when explaining the pros and cons and what to expect next. Gina and her staff at Lonich & Patton are very well organized, efficient and gave attention to every detail including correcting opposing attorney’s errors! I felt very comfortable with Gina knowing that she would help guide me to make decisions based on what was best for me and my child. She will definitely fight for your rights! I would highly recommend Gina to represent you in your divorce proceedings, family law or any other legal issue for that matter.
