Bethany Marie Brass

Still currently in the process of divorce, which likely could have gone in worse direction for me if not for the help of Bethany at Lonich & Patton. Bethany has been professional 100% of the time with me, responsive to my requests while also explaining which issues are of importance and which not (t...hus saving money). She has explained certain procedures along my divorce process multiple times per my request without skipping a beat, because she understands the legal process is foreign to someone not in the field and also when a person is increasingly emotionally compromised, it takes longer to learn new things-- and if you're here looking at fam-law lawyers then you know that a divorce is a continually draining process. Bethany has routinely explained how she operates so I know what to expect, such as the above where she's even mentioned it's important for clients to fully understand processes; another good example being letting me know how she responds to emails (she will ignore/delay items that are not of significance which is good, but will act PROMPTLY to actual emergencies such events that happened to me at 6am and 9pm, which is exemplary.) As a fam-law lawyer, Bethany also wears her "hats" well (emotional support, child caring, relationship, etc.)-- yes she is "just" a lawyer, but at the same time by wearing these other hats she also helps directs me towards the legal ramifications my or my spouse's actions may incur, with advice on how to steer towards a position that is good for me and the well-being of my child. She respects the courts and respects the importance children being least involved in a divorce, and has guided me towards this direction as well. As a client she will be there to support and guide you, and against opposing counsel she will be firm and even fight for you but does so too with respect and professionalism.
